What we’re looking for
A reliable facilities teammate who takes pride in a clean, safe floor — restrooms, common areas, warehouse lanes, and dropoff space that look and feel ready for business.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain warehouse, dropoff, restroom, and common areas on a daily schedule.
- Empty trash, restock supplies, and keep floors, staging zones, and member-facing areas presentable.
- Report safety hazards, spills, facility issues, and supply needs promptly.
- Support light facilities upkeep (signage, basic organization, and workspace readiness) as directed.
- Follow site safety and chemical-handling guidelines for janitorial work.
Requirements
- Prior janitorial, facilities, or custodial experience preferred (training available for strong candidates).
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working around an active warehouse / dropoff floor.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Portland, OR.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift within posted guidelines for the full shift.
- Attention to detail and pride in leaving spaces safer and cleaner than you found them.
Nice to have
- Experience in warehouse, retail, or industrial facilities environments.
- Familiarity with basic floor-care equipment.
- Flexible availability for early or late cleaning windows when needed.
Compensation
$18/hour
How we work
Clarity over theater
Suppliers trust us because commitments, scans, and payouts match. We write the same way we operate — specific, honest, and easy to follow.
Ops is product
The dropoff floor and the deal board are one loop. Software that ignores receiving reality does not ship here.
Follow-through
We finish the handoff: receive clean, settle fair, and cash out without making suppliers chase us.
