Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on deals, commitments, dropoff, and cashing out.

How does LK Cashout work?

Browse live deals on the board, commit the quantity you can cover, source the product, bring it to dropoff for scanning, then cash out available balance to your bank when you’re ready.

What does it mean to commit to a deal?

A commitment locks units under your account for that deal. You’re expected to deliver those units at dropoff. Limits per member and remaining deal capacity are shown on each deal.

Where do I drop off inventory?

After you commit, follow the dropoff instructions in your dashboard (location, hours, and what to bring). Staff scan units into your account so the order can settle.

When do I get paid?

Payouts typically post after your dropoff is scanned and the order is settled. You’ll see balance updates in Payments — amounts move from pending to available based on deal rules.

How do I withdraw / cash out?

Add a verified bank account in your dashboard, then withdraw from available balance. Holds, verification, or fraud checks can delay a withdrawal.

What if I drop off without a commitment?

Recognized products dropped off without a matching open commitment are still accepted, labeled “Accepted without Commitment,” and paid at 95% of the listed deal payout. You can open a price dispute from My Orders if you want that reviewed.

What if I can’t fulfill a commitment?

Update or cancel early when the deal allows, or contact support before dropoff. Repeated no-shows or mismatched quantities can reduce access to future deals.

Can I claim a package that isn’t tied to a prior commit?

Yes — use Claim Package when you have a tracking number or delivery that should be linked to your account. Support can help if scanning doesn’t match.

Who do I contact for help?

Signed-in members should use dashboard Support for order-specific issues. For general questions, visit Contact or email contact@lkcashout.com.
