Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026. Placeholder policy outlining how we handle account, dropoff, and payout data.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how LK Cashout (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website and supplier platform. It is a professional placeholder structure for product and ops clarity; have counsel finalize it for your jurisdiction and data practices.
2. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, role), profile and payout-related information needed to request withdrawals, deal commitments and order history, dropoff and scan records, support messages and attachments, device/log data for security, and communications you send us. Payment and payout settlement may be handled by a third-party payment processor; that processor may collect or receive information directly under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate deals and commitments, process dropoffs, maintain platform balances, facilitate payouts through third-party payment processors, verify accounts, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the Platform, and meet legal or compliance obligations. LK Cashout / LK Trading LLC does not operate as a bank.
4. Sharing
We may share information with service providers (hosting, auth, messaging, and third-party payment processors such as Ramp or similar providers that facilitate payouts), with staff who process dropoffs and support, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Processors may use information subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.
5. Retention
We retain account, order, and payout records for as long as needed to run the service, resolve disputes, and meet recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize when appropriate.
6. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please use a strong password and protect your login.
7. Your choices
You can update profile settings in the dashboard, request access or deletion where applicable law allows, and opt out of non-essential marketing email. Some data must be kept for active orders, payouts, or legal reasons.
