Operations Manager

A hands-on ops leader who can run a busy Portland dropoff and warehouse floor, coach the team, and keep commitments, scans, and handoffs trustworthy when volume spikes.

• Own day-to-day receiving and dropoff operations for LK Cashout / LK Trading LLC in Portland.
• Plan staffing, staging layout, and throughput for dropoff windows and back-of-house processing.
• Set and enforce quality standards for scanning, counts, condition checks, and exception handling.
• Coach warehouse associates (front- and back-of-house), facilities, and site coverage as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners when deliveries, commitments, or settlements need a clear next step.
• Track daily ops metrics and escalate blockers before they hit payouts or member trust.

• 2+ years leading warehouse, receiving, retail ops, or similar floor teams.
• Strong process discipline with barcodes, inventory accuracy, and exception logs.
• Clear coaching style — firm on standards, fair with people, calm under a queue.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Portland, OR (some evenings or peak windows possible).
• Comfortable with basic spreadsheet / tablet reporting and handheld scanning tools.

• Experience with consumer electronics, wholesale buying, or returns receiving.
• Prior work with WMS or high-volume dropoff / fulfillment environments.
• Bilingual English / Spanish.

$30/hour
