Warehouse Associate (Backend)

Someone who thrives behind the scenes — sharp with barcodes and counts, reliable on putaway and inventory processing, and proud of a clean handoff from receiving to settlement.

• Receive and process committed inventory in the back-of-house warehouse area.
• Scan units accurately, flag mismatches, and keep lots moving without cutting corners.
• Put away, stage, and organize inventory so settled orders stay traceable and trustworthy.
• Support cycle counts, labeling, and exception queues as directed by ops leadership.
• Partner with front-of-house and managers when a dropoff lot needs back-of-house follow-through.

• Comfortable on your feet in a warehouse setting for a full shift.
• Detail-oriented with barcodes, quantities, and condition checks.
• Reliable schedule and willingness to work full-time on-site in Portland, OR.
• Basic comfort with tablets or handheld scanners (we train on our tools).
• Ability to lift and move inventory safely within posted guidelines.

• Prior receiving, fulfillment, retail returns, or inventory ops experience.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics SKUs and packaging.
• Bilingual English / Spanish.

$20/hour
